• A 33% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before your holiday.

If the booking system will not let you make a booking please enquire, we try to be flexible.

• Couples : there is a 6% discount for 2 people using 1 bedroom in the Haybarn for holidays taken before 20th  December 2023. This discount will not apply if other discounts are available.  If you wish to take-up this offer please  make the booking and let us know.
• Please note: Guests are requested to vacate cottages by 10 am on the day of departure  –  if you are leaving on Sunday but wish to stay beyond 10 am please  book a 3 night stay (there is not a great difference in price between a 2 and 3 night stay).
• We have a 15% or 10% discount on holidays in the Coach House or Haybarn  and the Old Byre has a 10% discount . Discounts apply to holidays  taken before November 5th .  Click on our Availability calendar for the prices and discounts.
