Three delightful self catering cottages to choose from

Swainsley Farm has three self catering cottages sleeping from 2 to 8 people which can be booked individually or in any combination to take up to 15 people.

The Coach House is the largest self catering cottage with three bedrooms accommodating 6 to 7 people.
The Haybarn is a self catering cottage with two bedrooms sleeping 4 to 5 people.
The Old Byre a self catering cottage with one bedroom is the perfect, romantic retreat for a couple.

Exquisitely converted self catering cottages

Great care has been taken to convert traditional farm buildings with a wealth of original features into superb self catering accommodation. All rooms have been carefully furnished and decorated to create an informal atmosphere with added touches of comfort and luxury. Each cottage is spacious with well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Relax in this wonderful, peaceful setting with its fantastic views and great walking straight from your door!

• Each self catering cottage is equipped with dishwasher, auto washing machine/dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV, CD, DVD.
• Free WiFi Internet access.
• Linen (duvets), bath/hand/kitchen towels provided.
• Twin beds (Haybarn) can be made into king-size doubles by arrangement.
• We can supply cots, high chairs and stairgates. Baby sitting by arrangement.
• Leisure centre (Leek) - Swimming Pool, Gym, Fitness Classes. Complimentary pass available by arrangement.
• Coach House has some facilities for visitors with limited mobility.
• Reduction for couples using one bedroom in the Coach House and Haybarn may be available.
• Electricity charged at cost. We read the meter with you on arrival/departure and pass onto you what the electricity company charge us.
• We have some cycles for visitor's use (by arrangement).
• Regret no smoking or pets in cottages.

Perfect Romantic Hideaway

Externally the self catering cottages have some of the finest views in the Peak District National Park. A courtyard and paddocks equipped with garden furniture and barbecues overlooks the Manifold Valley where you can unwind and enjoy this fantastic scenery.

Short breaks

The cottages are ideal for a holiday at any time of year. We are happy to take short breaks of 2,3 and 4 nights in winter, spring and autumn. During the summer short breaks are available on a last minute basis. Please enquire for further details.

Larger Groups

Large groups interested in booking two or all three cottages please note that the Coach House has a very spacious lounge and the Haybarn can be arranged to dine up to 12 people.
