Three delightful self catering cottages which can be booked individually or in any combination to take up to 14 people.

Chris and Liz Snook live in an adjacent farmhouse and offer visitors a warm and friendly welcome. They will arrange to meet you with the key and show you how everything in the cottage works. We hope the following gives our guests some useful background information:

Exquisitely converted self catering cottages

Great care has been taken to convert traditional farm buildings with a wealth of original features into superb self catering accommodation. All rooms have been carefully furnished and decorated to create an informal atmosphere with added touches of comfort and luxury. Each cottage is spacious with well equipped kitchens and new deluxe bathrooms.

• Each self catering cottage is equipped with a dishwasher, auto washing machine/dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, flat screen TV, CD, DVD, I-pod docking station, Nespresso coffee machine
• Cottages are all electric (Economy 10). Downstairs bathrooms have under floor heating
• Linen (duvets), bath/hand/kitchen towels provided. All beds have mattress toppers
• Twin beds (Haybarn) can be made into a king-size double by arrangement.
• We can provide cots, high chairs, stairgates, baby monitor, bouncing cradle and baby walker if required. Baby sitting by arrangement.
• Leisure Centre complimentary pass (by arrangement) for visitors wanting to use the swimming pool, gym etc
• Coach House has some facilities for visitors with limited mobility (please enquire).
• Reduction for couples using one bedroom in the Coach House and Haybarn.
• We have some cycles (adult) for visitors to use (by arrangement). Cycle store and drying cabinet available
• Free WiFi Internet access
• We ask visitors not to arrive before 3pm so that we have enough time to get the cottage ready for you
• We would be grateful if you could vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure
• Regret no smoking or pets in cottages.

Perfect Romantic Hideaway

The self catering cottages have some of the finest views in the Peak District National Park. Visitors can relax and enjoy this stunning scenery from a sunny courtyard and small paddock in front of the cottages which has garden seats and BBQ’s. Each cottage has its own picnic table and garden furniture.

Weekly bookings and Short breaks

The cottages are ideal for a holiday at any time of year. We book the cottages on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday (or Monday to Monday). Our short breaks are weekends: Friday to Monday (for 2 or 3 nights) and mid-week Monday to Friday (for 3 or 4 nights). During July and August (and a few other periods such as Easter, Christmas, New Year etc) short breaks are available on a last minute basis - please enquire for further details.

Larger Groups, Parties and Weddings

Large groups interested in booking two or all three cottages please note that the Coach House has a very spacious lounge and the Haybarn can be arranged to dine up to 12 people.

We may be able to accommodate parties, weddings etc by arrangement and there will be an extra charge for this. All three cottages must be booked. The courtyard in front of the cottages has plenty of space for outside events and we have some trestle tables. There is room on site for 10 -12 cars with more parking available a short walk away. There may be the possibility of erecting a small marquee adjacent to the Coach House – please enquire.
